- Provide timely and meaningful regular or ad-hoc financial analysis and performance measurement reporting to support Operations objectives;
- Perform and document US GAAP and statutory reports/reconciliations of the variable cost clearing accounts, inventory accounts in the General Ledger and stock status reports from Expandable according with company procedures.
- Assist in the development of standard methods and processes to support the measurement of Operations financial performance;
- Establish inter-company transfer price in compliance with arms-length principles and assist in the deployment of systems that enable the central monitoring of inter-company relations and prices;
- Assist in coordinating and guiding the financial planning & reporting process for manufacturing costs.
- Degree in Finance or Economics;
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in a costing function;
- Strong analytical and numerical skills;
- Knowledge of costing/variance analysis techniques/methods of performance management;
- Good conceptual skills on understanding of IAS/GAAP accounting principles and theories;
- Knowledge of an integrated manufacturing system (ERP) is a plus;
- Very good communication skills & teamwork attitude;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and strong computer literacy (especially Excel).
