- Aligns priorities with SDO Leadership (Cost Take out, Performance improvement, etc);
- Responsible for Execution of all OE Activities within the Center ;
- Accountable for Business Results on OE Process Improvements in the Center;
- Owns Culture Change - deployment of OE behaviors within each Business for a Center;
- Leading workshop sessions with team leaders and working in teams in delivering project objectives;
- Coaching business and process owners - providing formal and informal training;
- Building Operational Excellence Capabilities within our operations;
- Developing business specific OE skills and techniques within the Center ;
- Data collection and communication (track and report).
- University degree, economic background would be a plus
- SIX Sigma - minimum required:Green belt
- Minimum 4 years work experience in operational area
- Project management experience
- Presentation abilities
- Fluency in English
