You will
-ensure the smooth operation of highly available platforms for our hosting products
-be responsible for the performance analysis and optimization, execution of roll-outs for products, features and upgrades
-analyze, document and solve technical problems
support our team in the administration of our middle-ware systems.
-act as technical contact person for other departments, such as software development, project and product management.
And, most of all, you will be a part of our multinational young and dynamic team.
If you have
-an university degree in computer science or equivalent professional training;
-sound knowledge of web and application servers (specifically Apache, Tomcat, Jboss);
-experience with scripting (Perl, Bash, Python, etc.);
-experience in the operation of databases (MySQL, Sybase) and storage systems;
-good working knowledge of Linux/Unix;
-very good written and verbal English skills;
-good team player abilities;
-desire for continuous self improvement;
-readiness to travel.
Would be a plus
-experience in the IT/Software sector;
-Java programming skills;
-familiarity with build tools (Ant/Maven);
-German language skills.
