Organizes, manages, coordinates and monitors the entire operational activity of the branch/ agency structure ( Credit Administration, Customer Desk, Accounting ; Teller, Administrative ) in conformity with the norms and procedure of the bank;
- Is the substitute of the Branch Manager/ Agency Manager when he/she is out of the bank;
- Ensures that the operations under his/her responsibility are performed according to legal stipulations and to internal regulations;
- Organizes the receipt, checking and correct recording in due time of the documents received from the customers, as well as those prepared by the staff of the departments;
- Supervises all operations stipulated by the internal norms and procedures
- Economic University graduate;
- Experience in banking system is mandatory, minimum 3 years experience in the operational activity of the bank and / or credit administration;
- Organizing skills;
- Motivated person with interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Good command of English.

Management Trainee (MT) Program has been established to bring a continuous flow of talented future leaders into our organization and to oversee their development within the context of a structured training program. The aim is to attract young individuals, whose primary interest is to learn the business and apply their academic and prior experiences in our environment.
The candidates selected after the recruitment process, will receive an extensive two weeks training on banking products, which also includes sales and customer care courses. Following the completion of the program, trainees will be hired in Branches or in Head Office departments in Bucharest and other cities.
