HR Performance is searching for an Operations Assistant for one of its clients:
Responsibilities:
You will have to assist the Operations Manager by:
• Carrying out a variety of projects from planning through execution;
• Creating business plans, marketing plans, business overviews;
• Making research in various related fields;
• Creating and maintaining contact with financial institutions;
• Opening bank accounts, managing operational expenses, budgeting;
• Reporting, providing feedback and recommending improvements;
• Managing the corporate infrastructure process.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who should be confident, self-motivated, persistent and able to effectively communicate the purpose of the company to both customers and other third parties.
You should also be comfortable working both independently and cooperatively and have high ethical standards.
You must have:
• The ability to effectively prioritize, negotiate manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of professionalism;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word;
• Expert written and verbal communication skills, accuracy is utmost! You have to be a professional demeanor and have polished communication skills;
• Business oriented;
• Able to plan, design and create strategies for various businesses.
