RESPONSABILITATI

The right person for this job:
- Takes an active role in driving the planning, development and integration of Honeywell Turbo Technologies (HTT)’s Operations across 13 sites around the world.
- Works under supervision of the Director of Operations Improvement and supports closely the HTT Director of Operations, relying on both for guidelines to perform the job.
- Collects and maintains an operating metrics database which includes issues and actions to facilitate analysis and reporting to different levels and functions in the organization.
- Analyze data to evaluate operational difficulties or effectiveness of the current operational activities to determine problem areas in order to suggest and support on developing situations.
- Support coordination and preparation of the Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Strategic (STRAP) plans for Operations globally, keeping strong coordination with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Marketing.
- Need to be able to prepare executive summaries / data for different levels and functions in the organization. Work on special Operations projects to define operational footprint actions for short and long term strategies.


Key Activities and Projects:
• Central point in data management for Operations.
• Monitors key metrics & takes ownership on growth metrics reporting & developmental processes.
• Lead / participates in projects for process improvement (eg.: digitization of processes, standardization etc.)
• Coordinates business performance reviews & planning processes:
o Monthly Performance Reviews
o Quarterly Performance Reviews
o Annual Operations Planning
o Strategic 5 years plan
o Resource & Productivity Planning
• Leads / participates in strategic projects:
o Outsourcing
o Local sourcing
o Core vs Non Core
o Footprint
o Transportation


CERINTE

• MBA Preferred but is not a must
• Exposure to strategic commodity sourcing, logistics analyses, strategic supplier transition initiatives
• Successful candidates must be proactive and results oriented with a proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management in the organization
• Must be capable of fostering teamwork while managing complex cross-functional projects
• Proven program management skills, analytical ability and a broad-based understanding of the consumer products business
• Must also be capable of independently managing multiple initiatives concurrently
• Proficiency in utilizing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methods - highly preferred
• Innovative thinker and high bias for action
• Bilingual English
