Operations Analyst

RESPONSABILITATI

1. Compensation Administration
- Responsible for administrations related to incentive plan for Global Services department (+850 employees) including incentive plan calculation, payout and communication
- Update documents and policies related to incentive plan
- Work with HR to verify accuracy of the information in HR database
- Provide HR incentive related data for their analysis
- Prepare incentive plan calculation template in Microsoft Excel, work with department heads and Operations group to complete quarterly incentive plan attainment for each employee
- Follow up approval processes for credit adjustment requests
- Follow up with Finance, payroll and HR for bonus payout
- Communicate quarterly incentive target and result to employees
- Respond to Global Services employees’ inquiries about incentive plan payout and/or calculations
-Escalate to management for non standard requests/procedures
2. Business Analysis
- Run reports and analysis for Global Services (backlog report, utilization report, revenue and bookings report etc.)
