• Perform ‘Walk Around’ at the beginning of each shift, to highlight any areas that may have an adverse effect on the center and car park , require attention and escalate as necessary, to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
• Manage day to day operations, highlighting any issues to a senior manager as necessary
• Ensure team members equip themselves with a radio in conjunction with the Control Room
• Participate in regular patrolling of malls, car parks and external areas
• Ensure the agreed standards are met within all areas of the centre
• Manage the opening and closing of the centre with the out sourced contractors
• Ensure clear communication with out source contractors
• Ensure staff visibility ( out sourced contracts ) at all times including the car parks, external and internal areas as well as inside the center (especially in hot spot areas)
• Ensure the company complies fully and at all times with its legal duties regarding health safety and welfare matters
