Channel Operations is the Sales Operation Function for the so called "Volume Business" - to Commercial and Consumer Channel Partners in EMEA. It is leading and operating all European Business Admin Processes in the Order-to-Cash area, with a focus on Customer Facing / Communication and Order Management across all the Product Groups (IPG, PSG, ESG and HPS). CO is a hosted organization within PSG Europe.

The Commercial Channel Operations team is part of CO and focuses on commercial Channel Partner Order Management, Post Sales and Engineering activities across EMEA. We do interact with ~500 channel partners across this region with more than 8B$ revenue. Our main customers are the Commercial Channel Partners and the Commercial Sales Teams. The main linkages are Channel Marketing, Business Groups and their Supply chains, credit & collection, Logistics, IT and Finance organizations.

The Operational Specialist is part of this organization and is responsible for a certain number of processes and partners. In this role he/she works in a central European, multicultural and fast moving business environment. He/she acts as the Order Fulfillment interface to the Partner, CO-country and has got the overall responsibility for the order management, including the interface to transaction processing.

It is an administrative job set in a dynamic sales environment with international contacts and it requires daily communication with external and internal customers. As it is a partner services organization, proactive and excellent communication with the partners and end customers are key objectives.


CERINTE

- Fluent English
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
- + 1 year experience in Order Fulfillment & Channel Partner/Customer
- Know-how in order-fulfillment systems (e.g. SAP/R3, Fred/OMS, ...)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service mentality
- Ability to prioritize workload, including business and team needs
- Ability to Manage high volume of work with accuracy
- Good organization skills
- Ability to handle conflict situations
-Meet agreed deadlines for action and feedback
- Act with a high level of flexibility
- Ability to work in a multicultural team in a central European set-up
- Networking capabilities

Preferred
- Experience in logistics environment
- Know-how in MS Office applications (e.g. Outlook, MS Excel)
