- Coordinates and/or supports the development of a Business Continuity Management internal regulations framework;
- Coordinates and/or supports the development of Business Continuity, Crisis Management and - Disaster Recovery plans for each business line and/or department;
- Coordinates and/or carries on Business Impact Analysis reviews;
- Coordinates and/or supports testing of BCM processes and procedures based on crisis/disaster scenarios;
- Develops and manages operational risk tools, processes and procedures;
- Delivers risk events, risk exposures and Loss Data Collection management;
- Delivers risk assessment and mapping
- University graduate;
- Experience in banking system (in depth knowledge of banking matters);
- Fully developed personal profile in order to be able to interact with people across the bank;
- Motivated person with interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Good command of English.
