RESPONSABILITATI

• Manage 2 team leaders and the underlying organization of Operations readiness & change management teams that have a worldwide Single Point of Contact responsibility on the Group Shared Services covering for Mobile- and Internet services.
• Lead, motivate and manage on daily basis the Operational Readiness & Change Co-ordination team with the mission to deliver high quality programs to Operations to enable them to operate as soon as the handover is finalized and in the most efficient way.
• Accountable for division requirements (ensure that divisions' teams requirements are integrated in the new services programs in terms of quality and functionality).
• Ensure that Op. Readiness & Co-ordination activities are aligned with the Group and divisions' processes and standards.
• Deliver the roadmap (as per validated version) through programs and projects at corporate level.
• Manage an industrialized operational planning and ensure coordination and communication with business units.

• Demonstrates effective leadership and management capability including the ability to influence those outside ones own team.
• Excellent negotiation skills with vendors as well as ability to develop relationship/communication skills to work with different cultural background in Europe.
• Fluency written and spoken in English
• Good knowledge of French.
