• Ensure targets are met by the team members.

• Communicate on a regular basis with Global operation Managers/ SDLs, as well as with the process owner. Communication both in oral and written form.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and regular work reports.
• Participate in the recruitment process of new team members
• Train new team members/ team leaders
• Resources planning to meet team goals and objectives.
• Identify training, coaching, mentoring and buddy opportunities.
• Share best practices across teams.
• Participate in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems.
