SUMMARY OF ROLE
To organise all aspects of the company¿s Romanian operations whilst liaising with head office in the UK to implement the companies policies thereby ensuring that services rendered to all customers meets or exceeds their requirements in all respects.


CERINTE

Required Key Skills:

Operations management.
Office management.
Quality assurance, inspection & testing.
Training skills.
Good interpersonal skills at all levels.
Planning & controlling.
Presentations & reporting.
Computer literate.

Preferred but not required:

ISO9001
Negotiating and closing.
Sales experience.



Knowledge/Experience:

Supplier quality assurance systems.
Automotive Manufacturing & Quality Control .
Target setting, budget control & Mgt reporting.
Project management.

Preferred but not required:

Sales & marketing.
Lean Manufacturing.


Personal Attributes:

Leadership, drive & initiative.
Patience with perseverance.
Team player /Leader
Highly flexible. Free to travel anywhere

Qualifications:

Engineering & Quality assurance.
Clean driving licence. Current Passport.
Must be fluent in English.
Sales & marketing or Business studies.
Other European language.
