- Ensure services are aligned with SLAs and produce Service Reporting to Client and ACN management in the following areas:
o Insurance processes administration
o Application maintenance services
o Hosting services
- Ensure service enhancement and optimization is proposed and implemented through the appropriate continuous improvement and quality management approach
- Ensure financials are aligned with Plan and Produce Financial Reporting for company management
- Ensure Customer satisfaction is aligned with business and operational expectations
- Manage high level day to day relationships with CLIENT and company
- Establish an highly effective working relationship with CLIENT Regional Manager
- Manage and optimize Unit organization
- Lead and motivate team
- Perfect knowledge of verbal and written English and if possible french, italian or spanish language;
- Ability to:
o Manage executives relationship
o Manage a delivery centre
o Manage and motivate a service delivery team (20+ people)
- Strong operation experience acquired through the management of a delivery centre (5+ years), preferably in the insurance area in a process based environment with skills in:
o Process definition and implementation
o Performance measurement and targets (SLAs and KPIs)
o Continuous improvement and quality management
o Replicating best practices across countries or industries
