In BitDefender, QA Analysts are valued professionals performing critical functions in the software development lifecycle and have decisive contribution on product success.
As a QA Analyst your tasks will include:
Reviewing and commenting on product specifications and designs
Creating and updating test plans and test cases, including automated tests
Testing the solutions based on test specifications
Works closely with the development team to identify and verify product component anomalies
Learning and evaluating compatibility with 3rd party software.
Acting as customer advocate; providing risk analysis for the product and ensure that all issues were addressed prior to product delivery.
Compile test reports for his / her area of responsibility

Required Skills:
- Basic experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Commercial software QA experience
- Experience in working with test case management tools / bug tracking tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, Perl, Java
- Experience with application/web servers such as Apache
- Good analytical skills / problem solver
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to details
- Enthusiastic team player
- Fast learner
- Good command of written/spoken English
- Organized person
Any of the following skills is a plus:
- Scripting / programming knowledge
- Automated test tool skills
- Information Security courses /knowledge
- ISTQB Certification
- SQL knowledge
