RESPONSABILITATI

• make outbound customer retention calls.
• maintains relationships with clients via telephone and emails by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• connect with our existing database of customers and offer inactive members incentives to come back and participate in our web sites.
• gathering market and customer information.


CERINTE

-Must have excellent spoken and written fluency in English.
-Education:Marketing
-Languages: Spanish, French ( mandatory at least one)
-Working hours: 3PM to 10PM
