RESPONSABILITATI

-Fully developing strong online sales campaigns, from developing successful offers to managing an internet multi-channel promotional mix.

-Developing and managing large online e-mail lead generation campaigns from concept to implementation, aimed at adding tens of thousands of new e-mail addresses to the Company e-mail database monthly.

-Managing e-zine publishing and sales e-mail marketing activities, based on the standardized company international e-mail strategy, but with local adaptation and further long-term development. The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for running the editorial policy, managing e-mail offers, planning e-mail campaigns, managing the e-mail team, and testing & implementing advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to increase response and sales.

-Running paid search marketing (SEM) and search optimization (SEO) activities, focusing on delivering high sales growth and high ROI.

-Developing a proprietary company affiliate network in the country, and managing it.

-Providing website conversion optimization & test suggestions and proposals, to be implemented locally and also tested for other countries, ranging from simple A/B split-test to more advanced multivariate tests, as well as developing new offer & product mini-sites for specific campaigns.

-Managing key webstore sales functions, such as merchandizing, cross-sell management and other key on-site features to maximize sales results.

-Running online media buying negotiations with various local online media, as well as managing the online media buying & planning process.

-Working with the DRTV department to develop TV ads to drive online traffic and sales, and to place them in the media plan.

-Developing a strong internet sales team, with subject-matter specialists in key internet sales areas such as e-mail sales, search sales etc., training them according to the company internet marketing philosophy, and managing them.


CERINTE

-Minimum 1-year experience directly in internet web design;
-Basic understanding of direct marketing and the internet marketing industry
-Excellent internet usage skills / Internet power-user
-At least basic copywriting abilities, but with very good writing abilities
-Strong disposition towards testing & analysis
-Good written and spoken English skills
-The ability to manage multiple internet brands and work with multiple brand managers
-Strong dedication to work and work ethics

Desired Skills and Experience
-Good understanding of the local internet media/advertising market, with already established
contacts with the strongest local online properties and online ad networks
-Good copywriting skills

Additional Desired Skills and Experience (Best Candidate)
-Proven web design skills (websites, banners)
-Proven HTML coding skills
-Understanding of internet programming languages
