- Develop product strategy and business rules for company’s website
- Develop promotional content of the website, site features and products, including special categories, contests, promotions and informational content, to increase the number of orders
- Work with Designers to ensure that the site design is fresh and current and with Creative Manager to ensure the site conveys to upscale image of the company’s brands.
- Propose site changes designed to reduce customer service issues
- Maintain customer service/help content and policies;
- Analyze site traffic patterns and reduce site issues that may cause customers’ abandon
- Relevant experience in online retail merchandising and product management
- Extensive knowledge and experience of e-commerce merchandising and shopping site effectiveness
- Knowledge of design trends, competition and marketplace
- Excellent communicator in English language (German and/or French, a big plus)
- Availability to travel often abroad
- High exposure to the international fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial business environment, through extensive travels
- Personal development through specific work-shops, meetings, trainings, especially abroad
