-Responsible to driving demand to www.upc.ro
-To work cross functionally with Residential Marketing & Sales teams and other departments in order to grow the Online sales channel
-Maximizing online sales demand to meet or exceed budgeted demand targets
-Deliver budgeted demand volume to the website and order pages using the most effective online marketing strategies - Google 2.0, lead generation, and conversion
-Continual analysis, reporting and campaign effectiveness improvement
-Effective utilization of the online marketing budget to maximize efficiencies
-Development of the website and all marketing landing pages in partnership with the Corporate Online Group to maximize sales demand & online sales results
-Responsible for all online media planning in conjunction with the Media agency
-SEO throughout the website
-Daily dynamic management of online results
-Coordinates the online team on new products, trials, etc.
-Works closely with the sales team with regard to sales elements, order flow, lead follow up, new offers, etc.
-Monitoring, updating and improving the web site working with internal team and external providers
-Works with the advertising agencies in order to create dynamic online campaigns
-Very good understanding of the Online Marketing Environment
-Minimum 3 years experience with Online marketing and background in sales, marketing, preferably in telecom industry
-Operational approach to channel measurement and performance management
-Detailed understanding of digital marketing best practice and techniques including SEO, PPC and Media buying
-Advanced computer literacy
-Track record of effectively delivering results within tight timelines and to a consistently high standard
-Ability to influence effectively at all levels within the business
-Excellent communication skills; very good organizational skills
-Fluent in English (written and oral)
-Team player and ability to coordinate team
-Customer oriented and focus on results achievement
