 Scan market for possible acquisitions
 Find new business
 Build an online development team (“creative cell”)
 Develop a new company culture (crossmedia culture, print and internet)
 Build new IT structure
 Adapt to the market trends

Job description:

 Responsible for the new online development team
 Responsible for all new online projects
 Responsible for possible classifieds projects
 Responsible for scanning the market
 Coordinating and supervising the websites within the divisions (under responsibility of the division managers)
