-Supervizeaza activitatea Project Managerilor planificand, supervizand si asigurand implementarea dezvoltarilor de comun agreate;
-Propune solutii de dezvoltarea a site-urilor din portofoliul companiei si asigura calitatea implementarii acestora;
-Colaboreaza cu GM pentru a identifica modalitati de crestere a traficului site-urilor (dezvolta campanii de marketing, initiaza studii de piata, participa la intruniri ale comunitatilor online, organizeaza evenimente);
-Identifica modalitati de crestere a veniturilor din dezvoltarea de servicii online;
-Dezvolta si implementeaza alaturi de Mangerul HR sisteme de motivare si planuri de dezvoltare a echipelor pe care le coordoneaza;
- Absolvent Universitate Tehnica;
- Master in management/Project Management; absolvirea unui program de MBA poate constitui un avantaj;
- Cunostinte de project management si/ sau SCRUM;
- Cunostinte cel putin de nivel mediu in programare (PHP) si SEO;
- Experienta minim 5 ani pe o pozitie de Web Marketing Manager sau Web Project Manager;
- Experienta (dovedita prin portofoliu de site-uri) in identificarea oportunitatilor de crestere a profitabilitatii site-urilor;
- Cunoasterea carateristicile mediului online din Romania si nu numai;
- O persoana cu foarte bune abilitati de comunicare, capabila sa se adapteze la diferite tipuri de personalitate (generatia Y dar si CEO si GM);
