- Implementing, trafficking and optimizing campaigns running on Ringier websites.
- Traffic and QA (quality assurance) all Ringier websites advertising campaigns and occasional email campaigns.
- Fulfill the implementation and management of all advertising campaigns, working closely with technical, editorial, sales staff, and clients as needed.
- Test all third party tags, rich media, and utilize HTML for more complex campaigns.
- Provide availability forecasting and analyze ongoing campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate website inventory availability and communicate to sales staff in a timely manner
- Ensure ad materials are delivered and prepared in a timely, cost-effective manner and according to the standards.
- Monitor campaigns on a daily basis to ensure contract compliance and resolve trafficking issues.
- Provide excellent and prompt customer service to resolve any campaign issues.
- Provide daily, accurate and timely reporting to sales staff.
- Bachelor s degree and one year work experience in advertising trafficking.
- Experience with Internet ad trafficking and advertising standards is required
- Must have knowledge of HTML. Familiarity with rich media and flash a plus.
- Good organizational skills and aptitude for details.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal / written communications skills.
- Flexibility and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing job priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Flash / HTML / Javascript are a plus.
