The OMC Engineer is the responsible support for telecom projects with high level of knowledge on the equipments involved: NodeB, BTS and eNodeB.
The main tasks for this position are:
Remote Integration, Swap, System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for installed equipments.
Provide project technical support for troubleshoot and resolving issues
Escalations from project and overall responsible for the integration.
Participate in Issue investigation, Software and new feature verification.
Provide support to field technicians for operations and maintenance of Network elements including competence transfer to customers’ operations teams for local and remote operations and maintenance tasks.
Supports operations services such as traffic re-homes, network retunes, feature activations, network modification and Performance analysis.
Support Customer Lab for SW/ HW New Feature verification and validation.
Ensure quality customer satisfaction survey targets and carry end to end RAN support function.
Experience in telecom projects, technical support and equipment implementation for 2G/3G/4G radio network controller elements (RNC, NodeB, BTS, BSC, eNodeB) in wireless communications networks, including understanding of Circuit Switch and Packet Switch Core network elements;
Excellent IP routing experience and skills set;
Understanding of network interface protocols, protocol analyze and network specifications;
Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services;
