Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, the project manager is responsible for the execution of projects orders from the date of award. Main responsibilities include¿ :·¿Full responsibility of order execution from the date of award to final payment from customers; ·¿Compilation of all commercial and technical documents of the order;·¿Manage internal and external Kick-off meetings ( with customers / with factories);·¿Manage orders with factories;·¿Monitor and verify documents submittals, drawings;·¿Follow-up with project schedule, status of delivery and communicate with factories and customer accordingly;·¿Co-ordinate inspection of material with factories and customer;·¿Manage shipping of material in co-ordination with shipping department;·¿Follow-up payment with customers¿¿¿¿¿¿ -.Handle possible claims from customers;¿¿¿¿¿¿ -.Manage project’s documentation.The project manager will be the point of contact for the customer and factories during the execution of the order and will be provided support within the Middle-East office from the project sales team, outside sales managers, procurement & shipping department and finance department.
