- To run, on a daily basis, the list with the ‘NO CONTACT’ customers, for each he/she will begin the skip tracing procedure;
- To skip-trace the clients who could not be contacted, according to the Skip-Tracing manual, in order to obtain valid numbers for clients / co-debtors / guarantors;
- When receiving addresses from employers that a certain client is no longer employed with that company, to send the information to the respective branch in order to update the detail into the systems and also contact the client in order to obtain new income statement;
- For the letters returned due to change of address, he/she will attempt to skip trace for a new address; also he/she will contact the branch in order to get in touch with the client and try to obtain the new address;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word );
- Good communication skills;
- Organised and analytical person
- Accuracy, with a high sense of responsibility;
- Able to focus under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Problem solving attitude
- Fast learner
- Good knowledge of spoken an written English.
