- Negotiate and conclude the services contracts with services providers to cover the storage/logistic operation for BP volumes under Silo Logistic Coordinator supervision.
- Achieve a good infrastructure network, good coverage for local and regional business growth, strong partnerships
- Permanent and consistent monitoring program of the store keepers and inventories.
- Cover the storage/logistic, movement and survey operation for BP volumes
- Develop, implement and monitor all logistic management required for the timely and efficient warehousing of incoming and outgoing goods and distribution of products.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which
- Monitor & control department’s resources, inventories expenditure, losses and services costs
- Ensure effective cost control and resources utilization within budgets, good services quality over price report, reduce quantity loss during storage, manipulation and transport, reduce services costs
- Register, issue and manage the documents flow and system data-base to ensure correct and accurate information input into data-base, cost distribution on the inventories, correspondence and invoice registration & payment
- Follow and create the procedures regarding reception, delivery, storage and manipulation of the inventories.
Provide, implement and respect risk mitigating and SOX compliant procedures in line with BEU Policies.
- Bachelor degree: min 5 years experience in logistic
- Technical knowledge for storage, manipulation and quality of grains, meals, oilseeds, oils, storekeeping legislation and storage space network.
- Dynamic, innovative, organized, good communication skills, ability to find creative solutions, good resistance to stress, team player but also leadership skilled, good resources and people management, good organization skills, pro-active
- English Language –very good –spoken & written
- PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Lotus Notes, Sharp, SAP)
