- Colecteaza prin telefon creditele neperformante de la clientii restantieri, conform unor proceduri bine stabilite;
- Consiliaza si informeaza clientii cu privire la modalitatile de plata, termenele de plata, comisioanele si dobanzile datorate;
- Monitorizeaza promisiunile de plata obtinute din partea clientilor.
