Mission statement: Manage all offshore installation and personnel, supervise production operations offshore. Important and complex maintenance issues to supervise
Requirements:
Good and deep knowledge of offshore operations in similar context.
The candidate should come with a production background (as opposed to a marine / drilling background), as the position is also responsible for overseeing all production aspects offshore.
Education: Secondary degree / Tertiary degree
Experience: at least 10 years in Production operations (offshore technician, offshore supervisor¿)
At least 5 years in a similar OIM position, preferably in a similar environment.
Administration, coordination and management skills required.
Familiar with West African environment.
Certification: The candidate should be fully trained and certified in offshore survival, fire fighting, helicopter abandonment.
