RESPONSABILITATI

- Maintains a highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the management;
- Provides administrative support to the team
- Files and directs incoming mail :composes and types routine correspondence according to available documents and mails it
- Schedules appointments;
- Provides routine office secretarial support , performs various clerical and secretarial duties;
- Files correspondence , documents and other records;
- Travel arrangements;
- Organizes internal / external meetings.


CERINTE

- Excellent command of English;
- University degree;
- Experience in a related administrative occupation is required;
- Very good computer skills (Word , Excel , Power Point , Internet Explorer);
- Results oriented;
- Excellent management of time and priorities.
