Full time job (working hours 08:30 - 18.00) with willingness for flexibility in these hours.
Duties and responsibilities: administration of office work, Company work, interface with banks, lawyers, under supervision of CEO and CFO.
In charge of secretarial work and in-house logistics.
Previous experiece in real estate related companies and working with international companies as tenants - an advantage.
Experience: minimum 5 years in similar position
Skills: computer literate - excel, word, ppt, internet literate. (Accountancy and bookkeeping software - an advantage).
Bookkeeping experience - even if limited.
Languages: Romanian and a very good English (spoken and written). Other languages (German), an advantage.
Good references are important
Good inter-personal capabilities - very important
Ability to work under pressure, capability to adjust quickly, creativeness, INITIATIVE.
