RESPONSABILITATI

- Assists manager in organizing agenda,working environment, paper work, logistic of travels (visas, tickets, reservations);
- Performs secretarial responsabilities and organizes data in- and outflows, acting as a comunication interface with outside environment;
- Take incoming phone calls, messages and direct them;
- Organizes logistics for meetings;
- Various translation work;
- Deals with local; bank accounts, ensure cash flow, payments, salaries;
- Provides expense reports.


CERINTE

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Romanian and German;
- College (3 years) or university graduate;
- FluentGerman ¿ verbal & written;
- Experience in operating general office equipment, including personal computer, photocopier and fax machine;
- Ability to work independently and to complete assignments with minimal instructions;
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers;
- Able to handle requests in a positive & professional manner;
- Very good communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure.
