RESPONSABILITATI

Our Client is a spanish fast growing real estate investment company.

For the Bucharest office, our client needs an Office Manager position with the following responsibilities:

- Taking care of the practical implications of management plans (meetings, events, marketing activities, sales, purchase)
- Maintaining the Administrator and Managers agenda, organizing meetings
- Booking flight tickets, hotel rooms, etc
- Answering the phone calls, responding to the correspondence, mails, faxes
- Initiating actions and plans regarding marketing, sales and PR
- Taking care of internal communication of management decisions
- Protocol

The position reports to the Administrator and Managers of the company and collaborates with the company¿s clients, suplliers, etc


CERINTE

- University degree
- Minimum 3 years working experience as assistant manager/secretary or office manager
- PC skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Outlook Express, Internet
- Excellent English and Spanish knowledge - mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Good organizing skills, efficiency, time management
- Availability to travel and to work overtime
- Open minded and proactive
- Trustworthy and hardworking
Desired Criteria:
- International exposure would be a plus
- Good knowledge of business protocol
