RESPONSABILITATI

Administrative responsibilities:
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas and equipment
- Control all office expenses and costs.
- Manage the business relationship with all services and materials suppliers
- Interfacing and liasing with IT & Organization DepartmeNT
- Maintain and implement guidelines for travel services, stationery suppliers
- Prepare reports and presentations

Car fleet supervision:
- Inspection/maintenance of the cars to ensure the appropriate operating condition
- Ensuring accurately and continuous mileage information reports and driver’s log for the company cars
- Ensure that all vehicle damaged are maintained/repaired as required by technical standards


CERINTE

- 3-5 years experience in a similar position is a must;
- University degree;
- English language - advanced level;
- Very good computer skills (WORD, EXCELL, POWER POINT);
- Organised, proactive person;
- very good comunicational skills;
