RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage all the organisational matters related to the start-up of the new subsidiary
- Manage the suppliers and the relations with the headquarter
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Act as an interface between the team and the clients/business partners/third parties
- Organize and run the office in a way that relieves the team from all on going administrative tasks
- Organize the manager¿s agenda
- Participate in and follow up various projects in collaboration with other departments on request
- Prepare complex trips (travel arrangements & approvals, visas as necessary) for all employees
- Prepare various reports and presentations
- Organize internal/external meetings
- Ensure proper delegation when the members of the team are out of office
- Organize meetings and internal management meetings

Our client is a leading international manufacturer and is designing, producing and selling the first Integrated Electrical System.
Its products include domestic devices to automatic safety switches,
from distribution boards and enclosures to industrial connections, from trunking systems to lighting.
They are addressing various sectors: residential, tertiary & industrial
and lighting.
Due to the fact that the company is extending its activity in Romania through a start-up, we are looking for a responsible and dynamic person that will be in charge of the office management.

REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience on a similar position, in an multinational environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Optimistic and flexible, problem-solving attitude
- Team player, enthusiastic
- Very good command of English, Italian knowledge is a plus
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, reliable and multi-tasked
