RESPONSABILITATI

- Arranges meetings and maintains their schedules;
- Sorts, screens and distributes incoming and outgoing mail;
- Drafts or prepares responses to routine inquiries; prepares photocopies and facsimiles;
- Establishes, maintains, processes and updates files and/or other documents as per Partners' instructions;
Makes travel and lodging arrangements;
- Other secretarial duties as per Partners' instructions.


CERINTE

- Minimum 4 years on a similar position; experience in a law firm on a similar position is an advantage but it's not mandatory;
- Advanced knowledge of English language;
- Very good knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments;
- Very good typing skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Pleasant personality;
- Able to handle multiple tasks;
