RESPONSABILITATI

- Client prospecting (lead generating: establishing interest in potential clients);
- Market research (desktop research/ interviews);
- The capability to handle all Office matters with no to minimum supervision; after short time training
- Prepare office documents in the form of reports and presentations;
- Liaise with the Accounting and prepare all documentation pertinent to the company’s fiscal and social security reporting;
- Organize office operations and procedures;
- Handle incoming calls from customers;
- Negotiate and advise concerning the best solutions for client;
- Operate requests in a quick and satisfactory manner for the client;
- Provide information on inquiries regarding specific services and products.


CERINTE

- Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written ( German is a big plus );
- Good PC skills, particularly MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Internet Explorer);
- Office Equipment Handing skills (scanner, fax, printer, copier);
- Writing skills (reports, tenders, proposals etc.); Provide and administer from excel files and report from the existing data pool;
- Reliable, organizational skills;
- Strong communications skills with a voice to convince verbal;
- Ability to work independently, to take responsibility, show initiative and creativity, good work ethics, good team player, punctuality, problem solving attitude, self confident, ambitious.
