RESPONSABILITATI

- Provides administrative support to company’s management: documents evidence, correspondence, different business communications, presentations etc.
- Is key user in SAP implementation process (EBM) within the company at regional level
- Carry out the annual business planning process
- Prepares monthly reports, in order to provide Managing Director required information and tools
- Provides support to Managing Director in business development projects
- Maintains the relationship with internal and external partners of the company
- Ensures a proper operation of the company by purchasing all administrative stationary


CERINTE

- University degree
- Significant professional experience in a similar position
- Excellent computer knowledge and fluency in English is a must; SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Self management, planning and organizing skills
- Open mindedness, motivation and initiative
- Result orientation and excellent communication skills
