● Taking care of manager's agenda, organizing meetings, business trips, group visits and performs necessary travel arrangements
● Translation of documents
● Basic tasks related to Finance
● Send, receive and distribute faxes and correspondence
● Check the stocks for office supplies and other materials, collect and transmit to the responsible person
● Assists the purchasing process
● Maintains the inventory of group assets & merchandise (keep record and update the inventory) database and performs audits to ensure consistency
● Organize and prepare events (e.g. training, team buildings, open days, other events at site level)
● Draw up and update periodical reports and presentations.
● Talk to new customers by phone;
● Receive orders from existing customers and make sure to get orders from those customers;
● Insert the sales orders in the CRM system;
● Order confirmations for sales orders;
● Organize all needed transport documents for sales orders;
● Make sales invoices;
● Excellent computer skills ‐ Windows proficient, Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
● Project planning proven abilities
● Proficient in English (written and spoken); other European languages are considered a plus
● Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive, active attitude
● Strong organization skills
● Excellent communication skills
● Experience in logistics field is required
● Experience in sales or account management is a plus
● Experience in Marketing is preferable
● Ability to work in a very dynamic environment and to meet tight deadlines
● Detail oriented with passion for high quality results
