RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities: :
-Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork;
-Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize and to organize to accomplish your work.
-Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
-Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others
-Manage and maintain executives' schedules
-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
-Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
-Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
-Maintain permanent direct correspondence with the manager when it is needed.

Requirements:
-Studies: superior
-English literate
-PC Knowledge: MS Office, Internet
-Attention to detail, responsibility, honest and ethical, open to change and to variety
-Stress tolerance, to deal calmly and efficiently with high stress situation;
-Initiative, a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
-Independence, capacity to develop one's own ways of doing things, guiding oneself with little or no supervision, and depending on oneself to get things done.
