RESPONSABILITATI

- Primary accounting for fiscal documents;
- Telephone and mail handling
- Maintenance of office files, staff files and office assets
- Employee Handbook
- Appointment schedules (meeting arrangements, trips, vacations etc.)
- Coordinating with the building administration regarding the office space
- Supervisory activity (maintainance of professional business environment by providing leadership though effective delegation and communication, reviewing progress of assignments etc)


CERINTE

- Accounting (Romanian & QBooks);
- Labor Contracts;
- Telephone etiquette;
- Computer skills, must know the following programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook;
- University degree;
- Fluency in English and Romanian, both spoken and written;
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and phone manner;
- Professional appearance;
- Strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
- Secretarial / Administration / Microsoft User qualification;
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines as determined by business requirements and to multitask

Considered a plus:
- Experience of working in a similar senior stand-alone administration / reception role
