RESPONSABILITATI

Ensure the smooth running of the Headquarter office while supervising administrative services to the General Manager.
Supervise the maintenance of office areas and equipment as well as the layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities
Manage the use of existing physical properties on the office and evaluate further developments, including acquisitions.
Develop and implements policies on secretarial matters and administer general company services to provide smooth and efficient management tools.
Co-ordinate secretarial/clerical work on the premise
Be responsible for operations of the office
Act as a liaison with the service suppliers related to the office (cleaning company, soft drink and coffee suppliers etc.)
Control all office expenses and costs.
Coordinate all protocol, reception and cleaning activities
Establish guidelines for using travel services suppliers, stationery suppliers and formulate related procedures
Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to day activities of the General Manager
Prepare reports and presentations
Coordinate, ensure on the job training and be responsible for the professional development of your team
