1. Manage a very busy office in a fast-paced industry; handle all Office matters with no to minimum supervision
2. Manage office equipment, internal communications and systems & procedures in relation to central services
3. Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with clients, authorities suppliers, staff, visitors etc. Respond to all queries and requests over the phone, via e-mail and in person.
4. Organize events in co-operation with our Marketing Manager; maintain good relations and/or be able to build a network of conducts with the press.
5. Prepare office documents in the form of reports and presentations; liaise with the Accounting and prepare all documentation pertinent to the company’s fiscal and social security reporting (to be processed by the Accounting Office).
6. Order and maintain office supplies
- University graduate preferably in the discipline of marketing
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in administrative jobs, preferably in a corporate environment
- Working experience with all Microsoft Office tools
- Proficient in English
- Willingness and/or experience in organizing events and involvement with the Marketing function
- Excellent writing skills (reports, tenders, proposals etc.)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- You will need the ability to deal with a diverse range of people at all levels
