RESPONSABILITATI

• Managing file system;
• Answering telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate person;
• Greets visitors;
• Arranging travel schedule and reservations;
• Keeping appointment schedules;
• Preparing minutes of staff meetings, notes, correspondence, and reports;
• Composing and typing correspondence
• Translating various technical documents and other material English-Romanian, Romanian- English
•Outline priorities and deadlines and make changes in operations when necessary;
• Support business development activities;
• Meet objectives and key results as defined by the management.


CERINTE

- Has relevant experience in the secretarial field, as personal assistant or in other similar positions;
- Has been working in multinational companies or environment for minimum 2 years;
- Is proficient in written and spoken business English, speaks fluently a second foreign language - preferably German, or any other worldwide spread idiom;
- PC knowledge (MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Capable to work under stress and to handle deadlines;
- Open minded and sociable person.
