Part time job - 6h / day or Full time job - 8h / day, Monday to Friday, business hours.

Job Purpose:
Supports company operations by assuring supplies, management of information, and providing staff administrative support.

Office Manager Job Duties:
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payments; controlling correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring supplier’s services.

- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

- Implements office policies by following standards and procedures, making necessary adjustments if the case.

- Completes operational tasks by scheduling and making appointments.

- Keeps the management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends.

- Achieves financial objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.


CERINTE

Professional Profile
- Bachelor degree
- English is mandatory, French or a second european language is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role at least 1 year.
