The position involves responsibilities related to the maintenance of large equipments and other facilities related to large buildings, as well as operational tasks.
In this role, you might also be asked to represent the owner for investment works to be done in the building, which are related to tenants fit out works, reconstruction of premises, replacement of technical equipments but also any new constructions or reconstruction works.
The main requirements for this position are the technical skills necessary to run a building from the technical point of view, abilities developed during several years of working in similar positions within the real-estate or commercial field.
If you have significant experience in the maintenance of office buildings, commercial centers, commercial galleries, hotels or complex residential buildings, you would be suitable for the role. You should have a previous experience with electricity or AC areas, as well as being able to deal with financial issues.
Also, please note that a good level of English is mandatory.
