RESPONSABILITATI

Front Desk/ Assistant

• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
• Organize internal and external events
• Handle incoming emails, mail and other material
• Set up and maintain document management systems

Sales Assistant

• To be responsible for the maintenance of customer records into the CRM
• To assist in the preparation of documentation for tenders
• To perform sales associated assignments as nominated
• Support for order processing and invoicing

Marketing

• In charge of the consistent promotion of our brand values and focus on consistent messages, as well as printed media;
• Ensures the evolution and development of the Internet and online promotion activities
• Maintains the web sites of the sales organization: update the local and corporate content, e-newsletters, announcements, articles, events, etc. online;


CERINTE

• Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other Romanian and English language skills
• Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications (office application and database management)
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP (SAP) systems
• Driving license
