RESPONSABILITATI

Send letters to appropriate recipients following policy admin, claims and finance staff instructions
Follow the internal working procedures and meet all the required deadlines
Distribute promptly to appropriate departments/persons the documents received electronically (e-mail, fax) or by mail
Scan the mailed documents (digitalization) and save them in a organized manner on the appropriate place


CERINTE

The Office Assistant is responsible for documents reception, digitalization, pre-sorting and pre-assigning to the correct file.

Previous experience if possible in office work and in computer processing
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Communication and interpersonal skills
Organization/ administration skills
Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
Very good level of Italian language;
Written and spoken ability to communicate in English
