Main responsibilities:
* Organize office operations and procedures
* Business correspondence (transmission of faxes, letters, e-mail, copying, distributing, archiving)
* Support and cooperation with other departments
* Basic accountancy (sending, receiving invoices, filling in stock documentation)
* Contact person for outsourced services (accountancy) and the bank
* Keeping the relationship with Company's clients
* Maintain office supply and equipment
* Translating from and into Czech/Slovack language
The successful candidate should have the following attributes
* Fluent in Slovak or Czech, conversational in English language
* Good knowledge of office administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Very effective organizational skills
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Time management skills
* PC knowledge (MS Office)
* Availability for business travels
