RESPONSABILITATI

* Functions in a reception capacity by greeting and assisting the public, customers, and visitors.
* Takes telephone inquiries and complaints, ascertaining the nature of the call, and directing to the appropriate entity or department or resolving personally.
* Arranges scheduling for meetings, interviews, travel, equipment repair and service, and others as assigned.
* Ensures necessary copies of forms, materials, records and documents.
* Ensures necessary documents, copies of forms etc are distributed and filed.
* Operates various office equipment, i.e., computer terminals, printers, copy machines, telephone systems, facsimile machines.
* Checks certain documents and other forms for language accuracy (English and French).
* Receives, sorts, processes, and distributes company mail; prepares parcels and packages for mailing.
* Generates correspondence, fax and announcements for the CEO.
* Performs a variety of essential record keeping duties, and maintains company record keeping and filing system.
* Processes various forms i.e., personnel forms, invoices, timesheets, work orders, purchase orders, applications.


CERINTE

* Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
* Ability to work productively in a team.
* Have confidence in the use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
* Have a good understanding of Internet-based activities: what the Internet is and how it can be employed in day to day office activities, be familiar with Internet communication and emails.
* Speak perfect English. French it is an advantage. Any other foreign languages are a plus.
