RESPONSABILITATI

Screens telephone calls, taking messages and following-up appropriate
Organizes the director\'s agenda (meetings, travels, business trips) and keeps track of the deadlines
Carries out administrative support photocopying, scanning, faxes
Handles the correspondence (including the electronic one)
Attending clients/visitors
Elaborates analyses and reports about the department\'s activity


CERINTE

1-2 years previous office management experience .
University diploma is an advantage
Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet skills
Advanced level of English
Communicate effectively both internally and externally
Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member
Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
Be proactive, courteous, prompt and timely and have good attention to detail
Demonstrates the ability to manage the time effectively
Possess strong ability for multitasking and leadership
Implicated person, with initiative
